Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order on Flow Of Elements, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Shipping Policy. If you do not agree with any part of this policy, please contact us at support@flowofelements.com before making your purchase.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed after payment confirmation is received.

Please note Processing time is not the same as shipping time. Processing time refers to the period from when you place your order to when we hand it over to the carrier. Shipping time refers to the period from when the carrier picks up your package to when it arrives at your door. Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time. All orders are shipped from China.

Flow Of Elements is not responsible for delivery delays, returns, or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. Any additional costs incurred will be deducted from your refund.

Free Shipping Calculation
Free Shipping Calculation Free shipping eligibility is based on the order subtotal (excluding shipping and discount code deductions). If a return reduces the order total below $60, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
4.1 Who Pays Customs Duties
International orders may be subject to customs clearance in the destination country. All customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and other customs-related fees are the buyer's responsibility.
Important
Important Flow Of Elements has no control over the customs clearance process and cannot predict the exact amount of customs duties. Customers are advised to check with their local customs office before placing an order.

4.3 Refusal to Pay Customs Duties
If a package is returned or destroyed due to the buyer's refusal to pay customs duties:
- The buyer is responsible for all customs fees and return shipping costs
- Refunds will be issued minus incurred shipping and customs-related fees
- No refund will be issued if the package is destroyed
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a Tracking Number and carrier tracking link.

Note Once the package enters the destination country, tracking information may be updated by the local carrier (e.g., USPS). There may be brief periods with no tracking updates during transit — please be patient.
Delivery Delays
Transit times are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery delays may occur due to:
- Weekends and public holidays (not counted as business days)
- Extreme weather conditions (snowstorms, floods, hurricanes, etc.)
- Carrier peak seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas)
- Customs clearance delays
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Force majeure events

Lost or Damaged Packages
7.1 Lost Packages
If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package:
- First, check with neighbors, your front desk, property management, or parcel lockers
- Contact the local carrier to verify delivery
- If the package is confirmed lost, contact us at support@flowofelements.com within 7 days of the delivery date
We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier. Please be patient during the investigation process, which typically takes 7–21 business days.
7.2 Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged during transit:
- Keep all original packaging materials (outer box, filling, shipping bags, etc.)
- Within 48 hours of delivery, take clear photos of the outer packaging (showing the shipping label) and the damaged product(s)
- Send the photos along with your order number to support@flowofelements.com
We will arrange a replacement or a partial/full refund based on the extent of the damage.
Tax & Currency Notes
8.1 Prices Exclude Taxes
All prices displayed on the Flow Of Elements website are exclusive of taxes.
- US customers: May be subject to Sales Tax in certain states, payable by the buyer
8.2 Currency & Exchange Rates
The website displays prices in USD. The actual settlement currency is determined by the payment method you select at checkout. Exchange rates are determined by your bank or payment provider. Flow Of Elements is not responsible for any differences arising from currency fluctuations.
