Acceptance of Terms

By using the Flow of Elements website (flowofelements.com) and providing your personal data to us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of this policy, please do not use our website or provide us with your personal data.

  • We use email marketing platforms (such as Klaviyo or similar) to send order confirmations and promotional communications.

Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant, or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

4. Behavioural Advertising

As described above, we use your Personal Information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you. When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
