Is this a real natural stone?
Yes. Every bead is made from natural stone. Minor variations in color, texture, and inclusions are part of the material — no two pieces are exactly alike, and we don't use dyes or synthetics to mask those differences.

What is your return / warranty policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the item is unworn and in its original packaging. If your bracelet arrives with a defect, contact us within 7 days and we will replace it.

How do I choose the right size?
Measure your wrist circumference just below the wrist bone using a soft tape measure or a piece of string. Add about 0.5–1 cm for a comfortable fit. Our bracelets are available in 6.5", 7", and 7.5" — if you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable daily wear.
